Who you’re dealing with

The services

We build websites, custom CRM platforms, and provide digital marketing services, as described on our Services and Pricing pages. The specific scope, price and timeline for any paid engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement signed separately with you — this page describes the general terms that sit underneath every engagement, not a substitute for it. Where the two conflict, your signed agreement governs.

Unless your agreement says otherwise, delivery follows a standard payment structure of 40% to begin, 40% at the design or milestone review, and 20% on launch, with three months of post-launch support included.

Marketing pages we host for you

If you engage our digital marketing service, we may build and host a page for your business at aimindgrid.com/marketing/<slug>. The following terms apply specifically to that page:

• The page, its URL, and any search ranking or traffic it accumulates on aimindgrid.com belong to AI MindGrid, not to you — it is hosted on our domain, not transferred to yours. If the engagement ends, we may take the page down; it is not portable to another domain by default.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details you provide us for the page (contact information, services, claims about your business). We publish what you give us; we do not independently verify it.
• Enquiries submitted through your page are made available to you through your customer portal login, for as long as the engagement is active.
• Continued hosting of the page is conditional on an active engagement for the digital marketing service, unless your agreement states otherwise.

If you want different terms for page ownership or portability — for example, a plan to move the page to your own domain later — raise it before signing, so it can be written into your agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site, the customer portal, or any page we host for you to submit unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content, or to attempt to access data belonging to another customer.

Intellectual property

Ownership of code, designs and content we deliver as part of a paid engagement is governed by that engagement’s written agreement. In the absence of a specific agreement, deliverables are licensed for your use once paid in full, and the underlying frameworks, components and tooling we use to build them remain ours.

No warranty, limitation of liability

This site and portal are provided as-is. While we take reasonable care to keep them available and accurate, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use, to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts serving Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
