Yes, for the scope we agree in writing before starting. If you change the scope mid-project we re-quote the difference — we never invoice a surprise.

Not currently. We are not yet GST registered, so invoices are issued without GST. When registration completes, GST will be shown separately on every invoice.

What are the payment terms?

Typically 40% to start, 40% at the design or milestone review, and 20% on launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.

What happens after the three months of support?

Nothing forced. You can move to a small maintenance retainer, call us ad hoc, or take the code and run it yourself — it is yours either way.
