Godrej Global Business City is Godrej Properties' upcoming residential project on a 23-acre parcel in the DMIC Integrated Industrial Township, Greater Noida. Godrej won the land by e-auction in June 2026 and plans premium group housing there.
Eight home types are planned, from a 985 sq ft 1 BHK to a 2,500 sq ft 3 BHK + U, including 2 BHK + Study and 3 BHK + Study layouts. Official prices haven't been announced yet, so our desk shares the current price list on request.
The township is a planned 747.5-acre development on the Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor, beside the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, with transport and logistics hubs planned at Boraki and Dadri and the Noida International Airport at Jewar within reach. It is one of the corridor's new industrial and residential centres, which is what draws early buyers to the area.
